Matteo was born in Monte San Giovanni Campano, a small hilltop town in the province of Frosinone, just southeast of Rome. There, surrounded by rolling olive groves and the smell of fresh bread, he learned the power of tradition, simplicity, and good food made with love.
From his Nonna’s rustic kitchen to wood-fired ovens in the countryside, Matteo grew up with dough on his hands and stories in his soul. His pizza isn’t just food — it’s a memory, a craft, and a piece of Italy in every bite.
Now based in Canada, Matteo brings the spirit of the Ciociaria region with him wherever he goes — one blistered crust, one handful of basil, one smile at a time.
